What We Offer

Our clinics and camps are built for athletes who want to level up. Every session is designed to teach, challenge, and develop — whether you’re on the ice, under the bar, or in the gym. TWoods Training events combine professional coaching, athletic development, and real performance systems that create results.

Hockey Development Clinics

Skill-focused sessions for players who want to sharpen skating, improve power, and develop game IQ. Each clinic is designed around progression — with on-ice and off-ice components that mirror how elite athletes train.

Strongman Clinics

Hands-on training sessions where athletes learn event technique, improve total-body strength, and build real-world power. Perfect for anyone wanting to test themselves, compete, or add variety to traditional strength training.

Strength & Conditioning Clinics

Multi-week training blocks focused on speed, strength, and performance. These camps combine structured programming with group intensity, giving athletes the tools to move better, lift stronger, and perform at their best.

Most sessions are open to youth, high school, and adult athletes. Age ranges or divisions will be listed with each event.

Not at all. Each session is built to match your level — from beginner to advanced. Our coaches meet athletes where they’re at and help them progress safely.

Bring training clothes, shoes, a water bottle, and any sport-specific gear if noted (like hockey sticks or lifting belts). Full details will be shared before each event.
